Dana Palmblad serves as the Vice President of Client Success at The AIM Institute. In this role, he works with both new and existing clients to help them fully leverage AIM’s tools, training, and methodologies. By aligning these solutions with each client’s growth goals, Dana helps organizations gain deeper customer insights, reduce commercial risk, and achieve more predictable and profitable growth.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Dana has helped organizations transform sales, improve operations, and achieve profitable growth across various industries and markets. He co-founded Resolution Software, a CRM integration firm that grew to serve over 200 clients within three years before being acquired by a public company. Earlier, at MIS Inc., Dana led sales and marketing efforts that captured a 65% market share in their target insurance sector while achieving a 97% retention rate. This success led to the company’s acquisition by SunGard Data Systems, where he later launched the Investment Services Outsourcing division.

At Miller Heiman Group, Dana held multiple Vice President roles, working closely with the CEO and executive team to expand the company from sales training into a fully integrated sales performance improvement practice. His efforts contributed to over $120 million in recurring revenue and helped lead global sales transformation initiatives that delivered sustained business results for clients worldwide.

Additionally, Dana has held senior leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, Infusionsoft, and Apscore International. Throughout his career, he has designed leadership programs, developed client engagement models, and led high-performing sales teams focused on delivering measurable value.
