Dan Adams to speak at June ISBM Atlanta conference

Dan Adams–an ISBM Fellow–will give two presentations at the Institute for the Study of Business Markets June 24-25 conference in Atlanta.

The first will be “How to De-risk Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 Projects.” In this two-hour mini-workshop, Dan will demonstrate how to use Minesweeper software to collect and rate all project assumptions, so that the most critical can be closely examined in early stages. This prevents “landmines” from blowing up projects.
